What’s nifty about this omelet? It’s definitely not the fanciest thing I have ever made. But absolutely every ingredient came from my CSA. The eggs, the swiss, the mushrooms and the rosemary.
I think it might be possible that I have never before eaten shitake mushrooms. It’s definitely true that I have never prepared them. I wasn’t scared, though, because I am a lover all things mushroom.
Matt is not, however. So this was a lunch for one.
I sure wish Matt was a lover of mushrooms, because if he was, I would totally try this mushroom CSA out!
